London X-Ray Associates is excited to announce that we’ve opened a new medical imaging clinic at 460 Springbank Drive on November 14th, 2011. Both X-Ray and Ultrasound services will be offered at our new location.

We are launching a new service in our ultrasound department. At 450 Central Avenue MSK shoulder ultrasound is currently being offered. We started this new service in October. London X-Ray Associates understands that increased need for this service in the community of London and surrounding area. You will see this added service on our new requisition forms. Digital Mammography London X-Ray Associates is pleased to announce the arrival of Digital Mammography. In June 2011 we implemented this diagnostic tool for increased sensitivity to early detection for breast cancer. For the patient, the test is quite similar to the standard mammogram. The added features of the computer image allow the radiologist who reports the images to adjust the brightness and contrast to ensure all areas of the breast are assessed. Digital mammography can help detect abnormalities in the breast even when they may be too small for you or your doctor to see or feel.
